These nurturing and relaxing classes will help you improve well-being during pregnancy; stretch and strengthen your body; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour; release tension; bond with your unborn baby; make new friends and enjoy some time out to 'be' pregnant.
Each session covers gentle yoga based postures, relaxation and breathing. Suitable from 14th week of pregnancy.
When: Tuesday 9:30 - 10:45 am Where: Southbourne Cost: £24 for 4 consecutive weeks or £7.50 for an individual class (classes after the 36th week of pregnancy are paid for weekly)
You are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal and relaxation classes (which includes yoga) - some employers will require a letter from your doctor though.
