These nurturing and relaxing classes aim to help you improve well-being during pregnancy; stretch and strengthen your body; develop awareness of your breath to help you in labour; release tension; relieve aches and pains of pregnancy; bond with your unborn baby; make new friends and enjoy some time out to 'be' pregnant.
Each session covers gentle yoga based postures, relaxation and breathing. Suitable from 14th week of pregnancy.
Christchurch Tuesdays 9.30 - 10.45 am
Parkstone Wednesdays 9.45 - 11am
Ringwood Wednesdays 12.30 - 1.45pm new class beginning 11th Jan '12
Classes cost £28 for 4 consecutive weeks or £8 for an individual class (you can try a single class initially and classes after the 36th week of pregnancy are paid for weekly).
You are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal and relaxation classes (which includes yoga) - some employers will require a letter from your doctor though.

There is often a waiting list for classes. Please book your place early to avoid disappointment.
"Rosa's antenatal yoga classes were excellent and really helped me prepare physically and mentally for the birth.
